Ann recently joined Chappell, Smith & Associates in 2018 with 12 years’ experience in employee benefits. She has been in the industry since 2006, starting her career at a local firm and transitioning with them while being acquired. Her experience includes working with groups of all sizes to include large municipalities. She has jumped right in managing many of our hospitality clients in multiple states. She finds motivation tackling difficult claim issues, educating clients on benefits and finding ways to save them money.
When Ann is not answering emails at all hours of the day, she enjoys an active lifestyle helping her husband manager their farm and leading students at church.
